1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Size issues (if correct size was delivered as ordered).
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Used, washed, or damaged items by customers.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- After verification, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent through mobile banking.
- Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
Exchange requests must follow the same return conditions mentioned above.
6. Delivery Charges
- If the mistake is from Probashi Fashion, we will cover return delivery charges.
- If the return is due to customer preference (if approved), delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
